ACS Consultancy

We provide two tailored packages to streamline your application process. Our PACK 1 (Pathway to Success) provides a template package to enhance your existing framework, while PACK 2 (Bespoke Consultancy) offers a comprehensive, customized approach, including infrastructure support and staff training, along with advisory services throughout the application and audit process.

PACK 1 (Pathway to Success) - A template package to assist businesses enhance existing framework prior to submission of an application to the ACS.​

PACK 2 (Bespoke Consultancy) - A bespoke package, from up to a year ahead of application. Including: Infrastructure; framework as well equipping staff with the technical knowledge and awareness to ensure a robust application. Advisory throughout the application process and through Audit.

Company accounts and additional documentary assistance available at an agreed additional fee.

AML; CTF; Sanctions; AB&C; FCA and POCA Advisory

We offer a bespoke Compliance and/or Financial Crime Compliance advisory (including POCA) service covering:

- 166 Skilled persons reports;

- Systems and Controls;

- Financial Crimes testing;

- Anti Bribery and Corruption Framework;
